The Lumengrid website and all online courses, materials, and resources made available through it.

"User" / "You"

Any individual who accesses the website or enrols in a course.

"We" / "Us"

Lumengrid, operating at 240 Mittraphap Road, Nai Muang, Muang, Nakhon Ratchasima 30000, Thailand.

"Content"

All text, video, code samples, notebooks, datasets, and other materials in the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Lumengrid provides online AI development courses in the following areas:

Course descriptions, schedules, and prices are subject to change. We will notify enrolled learners of material changes affecting their current course. Access to course materials is subject to continued compliance with these Terms.

4. Accounts

When you enrol in a course, you will receive access credentials by email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

All course content — including videos, written materials, code samples, practice notebooks, and datasets — is owned by or licensed to Lumengrid and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon enrolment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for your own learning during the enrolment period. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, publish, sublicense, or redistribute any materials.

Projects and code you develop yourself during the course remain your own work. We do not claim ownership of original work you produce independently.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

Course fees are displayed on our website in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of enrolment.

Refund requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

8. Course-Specific Terms

• Enrolment grants access to course materials for the stated course duration plus 30 days for review. Extension requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Reviewed assignments (Practical Machine Learning) and mentor sessions (Reliable AI Systems Track) are scheduled within the course calendar. Late submissions may receive delayed feedback.
• A course completion document is issued to learners who complete all required activities. This document records your participation in the course; it does not constitute an academic qualification.
• We do not make any representation regarding employment outcomes or professional recognition resulting from course completion.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not represent that the Service will be free from errors, interruptions, or omissions. We may update, modify, or withdraw course content at any time to maintain accuracy and relevance.

Course materials are educational in nature. They are not professional advice. Results depend entirely on the effort, aptitude, and circumstances of each learner. We make no statement about what any learner will achieve after completing a course.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Lumengrid's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost earnings, lost data, or losses arising from your reliance on course content for professional decisions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumengrid and its personnel from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious breach. You may request account closure at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before the termination date.

Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 13 (Disputes) survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve it informally within 30 days.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

• ›Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy and Cookie Policies, constitute the full agreement between you and Lumengrid regarding the Service.
• ›Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• ›Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
• ›Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes materially affect enrolled learners, we will notify them by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
